The traditional recipe of Mr. Caesar
Cardini (owner of a famous restaurant in Mexico City)
has been used in this creamy dressing. The combination
of dry egg yolks, fresh parmesan cheese, anchovies,
lemon juice, canola/olive oil and red wine vinegar create
a velvety rich Caesar salad dressing that in spite of being a bottled
shelf product tastes as good as the one you would get
in some of the best restaurants.
